Culatta Stagionata “Del Nonno” is an absolute premium cured meat, made from the noblest part of the Padano Heavy Pig thigh and wrapped with rind and layer of lard to best preserve its softness and flavor.

Produced using the same artisanal process as prosciutto but in a more compact shape, it is easy to slice and allows you to obtain uniform slices from start to finish with minimal waste.
