The colour is pink, uniform with pearly white cubes. The perfume is intense and lightly spiced, the taste is well balanced.
It goes well with a good wine Lambrusco or Fortana and, once been thinly cut, it is irresistible with warm bread or cracker. Once been cut in cubes it’s perfect as a snack or to whet the appetite with the aperitif.
