Culatello di Zibello PDO is the most prestigious and sought-after cured meat of the Parma tradition, renowned worldwide for its sweetness, tenderness, and unmistakable aroma.
It is made exclusively from the most prized part of the pork thigh, hand-crafted with salt, pepper, and a slow, natural ageing process of at least 12 months.
The winter fog and the unique climate of the lands along the Po river give Culatello its tender texture, sweet taste, and intense fragrance that make it truly inimitable.
