Made with Italian pork legs to 100%, heavy animals, mature, from the farmsNorthern Italy. The selection is based only very large thighs. This speck looks impressive,with a weight that varies from 9 to 11 kg. When cut, it has supported; the slice is compact and showsa particularly uniform pinkish-red color in the lean.
The aroma is intense and persistent.Enveloping. In the mouth the slice melts, it is sweet, buttery, creamy and full of flavor.

How to preserve it | In the fridge for some weeks. Once sliced cover the cut surface with a cling-film. Wrap the meat in a cloth and store in the fridge. Keep the slices into a plastic box in the fridge and eat them the same day. |
