A delicious cold meat made with lean pork. It has a uniform pink color, the perfume is intense and very pleasant and the unmistakable taste is very inviting. 
It is ideal into the daily diet and for those who love the lean and delicate cold meats. 
It is very good thinly sliced and served as appetizer or snack as an alternative to ham.
Peeled and vacuum-packed, ready to cut and no waste!

It is obtained exclusively from pork loin, one of the leanest and fine parts of the pig. It's salted and left to rest for about ten days, then left to dry and seasoned for about 4-5 months.

How to preserve it

In the fridge for some weeks. Once sliced cover the cut surface with a cling-film. Wrap the meat in a cloth and store in the fridge. Keep the slices into a plastic box in the fridge and eat them the same day.
