Fresh Pecorino Cheese, chilli pepper-flavoured that makes it so appetizing and tempting. It’s a young natural cheese, aged for no more than two weeks, ideal for those who prefer a Pecorino pleasantly spicy with a particularly soft texture. It’s excellent to prepare appetizers and salads or to taste with a glass of good red wine. It is supplied vacuum-packed, this way it can be kept in the fridge for several weeks. Once opened the pack it can be preserved in the fridge for one week, wrapping it in a tin foil and putting it in a hermetic seal container. A little trick to keep Pecorino at the right humidity and freshness is to put one or two sugar cubes into the container!
