Description

A delicious cold meat made with lean pork . It has a uniform pink color, the perfume is intense and very pleasant and the unmistakable taste is very inviting.
It is obtained exclusively from  the leanest and fine parts  of the pig. It’s salted and left to rest for about ten days, then left  to dry and seasoned for about 4-5 months.
It is ideal into the daily diet and for those who love the lean and delicate cold meats. 
It is  very good thinly sliced and served as appetizer or snack as an alternative to ham.
