Fondue with Alpine Fontina is a very unique product that is produced during the summer months, when the cows are grazing in the alpine pastures. The cows inhale the aromas and taste the flavours of the alpine herbs and lead an outdoor life in the fresh air, and this gives their milk, and therefore, the Fontina cheese, a high quality, special flavour. With this Fontina, Alpenzu has created a superior quality Fondue which can only be found for a limited period of the year.

The typical products of the Aosta Valley reflect the high biodiversity of the uncontaminated Alpine region from which are the raw materials, skillfully used by the traditional gastronomy to create local dishes.
