How to preserve it Store at temperature below 8 ° C. Put the cheese in a sealed container or wrapped in its paper and refrigerate. To fully enjoy it’s taste we suggest to let it "warm up" for a few minutes at room temperature. The optimal temperature of tasting is between 18 and 22 degrees
