Ingredients

Pork meat, salt, spices and natural flavours. Preservatives: potassium nitrate and sodium nitrite.

Matching Enjoy it on a slice of homemade bread with some butter curls and serve it with other perfumed cold meats from Parma and the excellent wines from our hills.
How to preserve it

In a cool and damp environment for about two weeks. Once sliced cover the cut surface with a cling-film. Wrap the meat in a cloth and store in a cool place. Keep the slices into a plastic box in the fridge and eat them the same day.
