The long maturing in old oak and chestnut wood barrels gives it an imitable sweet-sour balance. Ideal to season  salads, raw vegetable dips, boiled meats and sauces. Delicate with fish and meat dishes.

It is an aromatic and very dark liquid that is both sharp and sweet and has an exquisite taste and delicious fragrance. Through traditional method of production ACETAIA VENTURINI BALDINI produce "balsamic vinegars" of great quality to be aged in barrels and casks of different essence.
From years in the Venturini Baldini to combat pests, weeds and fertilize the soil do not use herbicides, pesticides or chemical fertilizers, but only natural fertilizers such as manure, insects that prey on pests and pulverized rock or minerals protect plants from cryptograms. It then produces a little less grapes, but tastier and healthier.
The vinegar is bottled by hand that is testimony to the company's traditional style.

The Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) is made from boiled must of seven grapes (Lambrusco, Sangiovese, Trebbiano, Albana, Ancellotta, Fortana, Montuni) combined with a strong wine vinegar. The tradition and love that goes into the passionate art of vinegar preparation are the base values that allow to safely manage the complex processes involved in running the vinegar distillery.
