Fiasconaro is always synonymous of quality, quality of raw materials and quality of the finished product. 

The mark of the unmistakable recognition of their baked products is natural leavening, a very slow fermentation process which lasts as much as 36 hours.
It's a process that always renews, requiring skill, attention and not the use of chemical additives and compounds, ensuring to the product a surprisingly long "life".
The dough, fermented by this unequivocally natural process, offers qualitative and unequalled characteristics in terms of lightness and fragrance.

First of all, there is the time. First of all, there is the time. For its bakery products Fiasconaro only uses the natural rising of the sourdough, a long and patient process, which lasts up to three days and ofers undoubted benefts, as better digestibility of proteins and intense aroma, together with distinctive taste and smell. Tere are the ingredients.  We choose them carefully and prefer typical Sicilian products, as pistachio, oranges, chocolate of Modica, apricots, almonds, and the high-quality manna of the Madonie mountains, a typical crop our company saved from declining. We are always looking for age-old and natural tastes, which represent the real agricultural tradition of Sicily, while carrying out very strict controls on every single supplier and supply. Ten, there are the people.  Tey are the most valuable resource in our strictly artisanal work. An increase  in demand involves an increase in qualifed staf, i.e. men and women working in the laboratories or occupying various positions within our company. Our production cycle is not mechanized. It is manual and during the whole year it fully respects the rules and principles of the best confectionery: top quality ingredients and great accuracy in each production stage, from the beginning to the fnal packaging of the product. Hard and passionate work to achieve absolute q u a l i t y. Te continuous search for quality is the goal and new starting point of each department. Our production control is a dynamic and iterative process. It is incessantly implemented to guarantee constant improvement, which is made possible thanks to the responsible participation of all actors: managers, employees, collaborators, and business network.
